Effective Classroom Environment and Success

Many children do not recognize that their classroom environment has an effect on their grades and on the attention of their teachers. This study explored what affects the teacher-student relationship can have on the grades that children receive. In addition, the findings showed that the classroom environment makes a difference in a child's learning.
Teachers and children often find themselves in the same classroom at the same time. However, they have very different ideas about how the teacher should interact with the students. Some children, when their teacher looks at them, believe that the teacher is not friendly and tries to make small talk. Other children see their teacher as something like an elder that can talk to them and tell them everything.
These children want their teacher to be in the middle of the room or to come up and talk to them. However, most of the teachers do not want to be in the middle of the room or coming up to the students.
Teacher-learner relationships have been shown to influence a child's learning. Teachers are often seen as powerful adults, who can direct the attention of children. They are called on to communicate with the children, helping them to remember important information and do well in class. Children are taught not to assume that teachers are powerful adults.

The teacher and the child, therefore, need to work together to create a good relationship between the teacher and the student. It takes some effort on the part of both teachers and students. This is difficult for the teacher because it requires her to develop a friendship with the student. Unfortunately, the relationship between the teacher and the student may not be strong enough to keep the students' attention during the test.
Effective classroom environments are creating friendly relationships between students and their teachers. Those environments are seeing a growing trend toward more collaboration between the teacher and the student. They are seeing a shift away from group work and toward individual efforts.
Different forms of collaboration between teachers and students include more collaboration in the classroom environment. Students are attending school together, with their teacher. This has allowed teachers to encourage students to try new things, to talk to each other about their problems, and to participate in each other's learning projects.
By increasing the interaction between the students and the teacher, more effective teaching practices can be seen. These include the teacher noticing the way that the students move and speak and talking to them. She will notice the way that students respond to her.
It is a good practice to talk to your students when they ask you a question. They want to know why you asked the question and what you were trying to do. They need to know that you are thinking about what they are saying. By responding to their questions, they will also be giving the impression that they care about their teacher and that they trust you.
Creating a good relationship between teacher and student is a crucial factor in the success of a classroom. It can even have a long term effect on a child's development and ability to learn.
Teaching today is about communication. The more we communicate with our students, the more effective we become. Teaching becomes a job of making the students feel connected to the teachers, and it becomes a job of teaching and learning for all involved.
